today i......

....got up early and made the most of every part of this bright, sunny (cold) day
- started a new sketch book
- made homemade cream of leek and potato soup with warm crusty bread rolls and crispy bacon
- and ate it with a good friend

- ran around like a loony after my 18 month old godson, Taylor, who is so cute i could cry
- enjoyed the view from my window
- drank a glass of wine in the middle of the day
- cursed that i have to work all weekend
- made plans to get dressed up all fancy and treat my boy to dinner out on the town

a very good day indeed x
